CGT LED Strengthens Partnerships in Canada: Listening to Our Customers for Our Product
July 2024 saw the management of Our CGT LED taking yet another customer visit when s/he traveled to Canada. Our general manager the visit, which was part of our ongoing efforts to prioritize customer feedback and continuously improve our products. We appreciate every chance that presents itself to us to speak to our customers and this one was important in helping us meet their needs and expectations better.
Product Discussions and Project Reviews
While there, we took this chance to discuss in detail the various projects that we had previously undertaken together. This was advantageous in evaluating the performance of various parts of our LED lighting systems such as LED panel lights, ceiling lights, linear lights and others in actual field uses. Our customers narrated how they have been using our products and expressed how satisfied they are with regard to the quality, design, and energy efficient CGT LED’s indoor lighting solutions. The response we received going forward was not only confirming our readiness to provide quality lighting solutions but also practical recommendations in furthering our products.
Likewise, we focused on some customization options that would be useful in the region, such as modifications that could cope with the weather in Canada and a liking for certain color temperatures. These are going to be key insights in the product development process as we endeavor to position our products to the other varied customers.
The trip was not only to get feedback but also an opportunity to strengthen the existing relationships for the period. Planning to travel and gather information from customers was fruitful, as physical meetings improved the customers' understanding of our customers’ lighting issues and the upcoming projects.
CGT LED holds that customers can provide guidance to companies. Collecting their response inspires our urge to create and make necessary improvements in existing products and introduce new ones that have a greater market significance. As we grow further, we shall keep being a customer-oriented company that understands changes based on what its clients require.
The July visit to Canada became the next milestone in CGT LED’s path towards perfection as our company is always focused on the development in the lighting field. We hope for more visits and fruitful cooperation with our Canadian clients in the future. Their feedback is very important for us, and we are looking forward to using it in our next generation of luminaires.
